Manual Washes
Manual washes encompass a wide range of pressroom solvents, but are all applied manually, or by hand, either using a cloth or rag or sprayed onto the surface requiring cleaning.  The products offered in our “Manual” wash line provide options in VOC’s, flash point as well as other regulatory requirements.  

Waterbased Flexo Washes
Washes available in this line are designed specifically for all water based flexographc applications.  These washes can be used for all cleaning needs; from cleaning plates, anilox rollers, press parts and side frames on both conventional and UV water based inks.

Automatic Washes
Today’s press and auxiliary equipment manufacturers require approval for materials used with their equipment.  Each wash in the “automatic” line were developed exclusively to meet the exact requirements for individual equipment manufacturers, specifically the automatic blanket washer manufacturers.
